What we did for a coach to women founders

A coach and consultant to women founders, with two websites and a small, loyal audience. She is not a volume business. She needs a handful of the right clients, and they decide quietly. Numbers are from her desk on October 5, 2026, eight days after the pixel went on her main site.

7quiet readers named in eight days
7 of 7with an email address and a mobile number
2,565women in the market who fit her client profile, sized before any spend
1afternoon to design, build and deploy her dashboard

At this pace, six months

50 to 150
named readers

An estimate, not a result. Five of the seven were named on the main site’s first full day. Leaving that day out gives about 50 in six months. Counting it gives about 150. Her traffic comes in waves around launches, so the real figure depends on how many she runs.

The situation

The people who pay her most find her quietly.

They read the page about working with her twice, open one private offer, look at her About page, and leave without writing. She never knew they were there.

Her traffic also arrives in waves around launches, so every quiet reader who slips away matters.

Research before software

Before sorting a single visitor we read every page of both sites, all 402 of her Instagram posts, 23 essays, 89 videos and her press interviews. Then we wrote a 15-page brief: who buys, what each page visit means, how to score it, and what to fix first.

  1. The pixel goes on her second site.
  2. The pixel goes on her main site. The research and the brief are done the same day.
  3. First named visitors in the morning. Her dashboard is designed, built and live behind a password that afternoon.
  4. First automatic refresh, at 5:55 AM.
  5. An export button goes in. One click downloads every visitor with an email.
The lanes

Seven names. Each one sorted into a lane.

Nobody has to decode a score. Every named reader lands in one lane, and the reasons are written as plain sentences: which pages they read, in what order, and whether they came back.

  1. 1

    Write to her yourself

An owner who read private-work pages. Worth a personal note.

  2. 2

    Serve her with your work

Women reading about her self-serve offers. They shape content and ads.

  3. 2

    Gift buyers

On the gift page, or a man reading about one of her offers.

  4. 0

    Hosts and press

Podcast hosts, editors, organizers. Her speaking pipeline.

  5. 2

    Watching

    Everyone else. No action.

What it surfaced

Before the pixel, each of these was a visit that left nothing behind.

  1. Two pages in under two minutes

On the main site's first full day, a chief executive tapped her Instagram bio link, read one private offer and moved to the page about working with her a minute later. The desk gave her a reason to write that never mentions the visit.

  2. Five visits in three days

One reader came back five times. He read about working with her, opened the contact page a minute later, and returned the next day. No form was sent. She now has his name, a verified email and the pages he read.

  3. The gift buyer, in 17 seconds

Arrived on her second site from a Google search and went to the gift page seventeen seconds later. Gift buyers tell her when to open a gift push.

  4. One page is the door

Four of the seven read the same offer page. Two of them were women the desk sorted into “Serve her with your work.”

What the research found before anyone was named

  • Her two best-performing essays linked to a page that no longer existed
  • One offer showed two different prices on two pages
  • Every purchase happened on a separate checkout address with no pixel, so buyers were invisible
  • Both privacy policies needed updating before anyone acted on a name

House rules on her dashboard

  • Never mention the visit
  • Write to one person at a time
  • No automated email to anyone who never opted in
  • Update the privacy policy first
  • Do Not Call status is shown, and never used for ranking
The audience

She needs a handful of the right clients. 2,565 were looking that month.

Beyond her own visitors, we sized four in-market audiences around her ideal client before she spent a dollar: women with owner-level titles, in her region, showing intent in the last 30 days.

  • Wealth in transitionresearching private banking and wealth management1,115
  • Energy workresearching meditation and holistic medicine721
  • Retreatsresearching spa and corporate retreats635

Women owners and founders with a net worth of $500,000 or more, in each audience. A fourth audience, women scaling a team, was sized too. All four combined, with nobody counted twice: 2,565. These were size checks. No audience was created or pulled, and nobody on them has been contacted.

87 to 92
of every 100 people in our samples of the owner-filtered audiences carried an owner, founder, CEO, president or partner title

Straight talk

What is not proven yet.

Seven people is a small sample.

Her traffic is low between launches. The pixel names only the visitors it can match, and total visits were not counted, so there is no match rate to quote.

No revenue has been attributed.

The pixel was eight days old. This is a story about speed and quality, not return on investment.

The sorting is not calibrated yet.

Every threshold starts as an assumption and is recalibrated after 30 days of real traffic. Some of the seven may already know her, because her own client lists are not connected yet.
